Does the AI write in the patient's chart?
No. The pre-consult brief is read-only, and the AI scribe's note is a draft until you sign it — nothing reaches the chart without your signature.
How much of my history-taking does the brief replace?
None of the conversation — it assembles what's already in the record (recent visits, labs, medications, allergies, vitals trend) so the first few minutes of the consult aren't spent re-reading old notes.
Can I edit the draft prescription before it goes to pharmacy?
Yes, and you must — pharmacy only ever receives the version you've edited and signed.
