Terms of Service

These cover this website. The MedOrbit service itself is supplied under a separate written customer agreement.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of www.medorbit.ai — this marketing website, its content, and the demo-request and contact forms on it. They are between you and AI Nexus Innovation Hub Pvt. Ltd..

They are not the agreement under which MedOrbit is supplied. If your organisation buys MedOrbit, a separate written contract governs the service itself: subscription and fees, service levels, support, data processing, liability and termination. Where that contract and this page differ, that contract prevails for customers.

Using this site

You may read this site and share links to it. Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it, disrupt it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Forms on this site are for genuine business enquiries. Please do not submit patient data or anyone else's personal data through them.

No clinical or professional advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here should be used to make a clinical decision. MedOrbit is administrative and clinical-workflow software used by qualified staff; where it produces AI-generated drafts, a qualified human reviews and approves them before they take effect. Descriptions of that behaviour on this site explain how the product works — they are not a promise of any clinical outcome.

Statements about readiness for Indian health-system rails — ABDM, NHCX and similar — mean the platform is built to integrate with them. They are not a claim of certification by any authority unless this site says so explicitly.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but product capability, pricing and roadmap change. Content here is provided for information and does not by itself form an offer or a commitment to supply any particular feature. Pricing shown or described on this site is indicative until confirmed in a written quote.

We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

Intellectual property

The MedOrbit name and logo, the content of this site and the software behind it belong to AI Nexus Innovation Hub Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not copy the site wholesale, or use our name or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership we have not agreed to.

Third-party product names used on comparison pages belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify those products.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Liability in respect of the MedOrbit service itself is governed by the customer contract, not by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
